Bio

What happens when 5 guys with very different visions & extremely different influences hook up from all over the globe and write music together? Myeverest. Their sound is chaotic, yet coherent - a self-contradictory paradox that aggressively confronts reality through its very existence.

Massachusetts natives Robert Melvin on vocals & Nate Bussiere on guitar are no strangers to the stage. They have been playing in bands together since they were in high school. Their previous band Romero skyrocketed to the top of local college radio charts as well as sending them cross-country for some very unmemorable shows. These hometown heroes felt a change in the air and moved halfway across the country to Austin, TX, where they hooked up with a few other cats in a similar situation - guitarist Bhurin Sead and drummer Michael Jaramillo, who about a year ago had begun working on what would become Myeverest.

Indeed it was their Everest as they faced numerous setbacks such as line-up changes and inconsistencies. They came together to play music that they felt resonated from their hearts. Mike has played with numerous bands in Austin before Myeverest and is a veteran to the stage. This is Bhurin's rookie appearance.

Completing the line-up on bass is Cody Symington, a native Austinite. He began his life on the stage in high school with his punk band - playing bass and opening for local heroes Dynamite Boy and Riddlin Kids. He moved on to Santa Barbara, CA where he fronted and played guitar for his band out there playing endless parties and shows.

They call this explosion Myeverest - and now it can be yours as well.
